This is version 1.0.0 of the library, it has seen a growing amount of popularity, and has had no major issues reported recently, so now is as good a time as any to bump the version.
It can be installed directly from npm with:
npm install event-store-client
or you can see it online at: https://www.npmjs.com/package/event-store-client
