This provides an initial integration of WP Document Revisions with WPML.
This uses the manual translation capability of WPML. There are other translation scenarios which have not been run.
It includes some debug capability if users have problems to identify the internal data relationships. These are held in the "Help" pulldown on the Edit Document screen.
