  • Remove unused jest dependency.
  • Replace broken linter prettier-standard with a working fork.
  • Upgrade: axios, dotenv, express, graphql, graphql-request, json-rpc-2.0, winston, @types/node, body-parser, typescript and yarn.

close #75
