This implements a particular method for making TESS light curves from FFI cutouts, directly from Soichiro Hattori and collaborators https://github.com/soichiro-hattori/unpopular and https://arxiv.org/abs/2106.15063

plotbase: add abbreviated plot label option

The reason for this option is that sometimes a user might wish to make the plotbase.py plots, without the very long ylabels.
