minor fixes to comment / post html css

Fixed comment layout to use bootstrap offset properly, don't know if it's an improvement or not.
temporary fix to #257, just added overflow:hidden to post and comment.

I was going to note this earlier, but are you sure we shouldnt add overflow
protection higher?
