[Bugfix] Fix max image size for LLaVA-Onevision

LLaVA-Onevision has dynamic resolution support similar to LLaVA-NeXT, but currently the profiling info assumes it's static like LLaVA. This PR fixes this issue by adding the same override function to get the max possible ImageSize for profiling.
