*README* To build the toolkit: see ./INSTALL. These instructions are valid for UNIX systems including various flavors of Linux; Darwin; and Cygwin (has not been tested on more "exotic" varieties of UNIX). For Windows installation instructions (excluding Cygwin), see windows/INSTALL.
