Important info

This release contains a new SMBIOS model MacBookPro11,4. This change was made to fix compatibility issues (and hopefully the heat issue).

I recommend generating a new serial number for the new model.

Changes

OpenCore was updated to Version 0.7.6. The source code and a short description about every SSDT are included in this release.

The following kexts was updated:

  • AppleALC to 1.6.7
  • HibernationFixup to 1.4.5
  • Lilu to 1.5.8
  • VirtualSMC to 1.2.8
  • WhateverGreen to 1.5.5
  • USBMap to 1.0.1

The following changes was made to the config:

  • SMBIOS model changed from MacBookPro12,1 to MacBookPro11,4.
  • Removed Debug and verbose boot arg
  • SecureBootModel from Default to Disabled
  • ScanTarget from 67 to 3
  • Removed outdated drivers
