I meant the full width colon "：". For me it's odd to see that in a non-CJK language.

Hi. I want to translate the program into Russian, but there is no way to compile, I can only translate files. |
Compiling isn't required (but preferred), you can start translating without the need of compiling ExplorerPatcher, then do a PR when you have translated part of it (or finished it) |
What is PR, how and where should it be performed? I've never used a github before. Just registered. |
Pull request. you should fork (clone, there's a button for that in the main page of the repo)this repo and then make a pull request from it. |

I've converted this into a draft, because I strive for entirely done translations instead of just a part of it. Every commit that goes into this localization repo will eventually be pulled into the main repo, which then will be used in automated builds of the main repo's subsequent commits (in other words pre-release builds). |

Added some more translations to help valinet#79
So, I've finished translating the setup file, but I still have to finish the main file. I'll make another PR when I have time.
However, I think it's fine to merge now
