Command Line Interface (CLI) Assistant

Added natural language processing for urls in the configuration file, with experimental adding feature for urls. As well as fixed searching in journal entries, with improved tagging system.

Bug fixes. Misc additions.

Added the ability to write journal entries and then search them. Can not yet search from user input, only way to do it is to edit the code. v1.3.1 will have user input.
