- First the MATLAB Compiler Runtime (MCR) needs to be installed. Please make sure MATLAB MCR for Windows-64 bit systems is installed before launch. The MCR can be freely downloaded from the Mathworks, Inc. Windows 64-bit MCR 2014b(for CurveAlign 4.0) or MCR 2018b(for CurveAlign 5.0) should be installed.
- Unzip the downloaded package and then double click the CurveAlign application to launch CurveAlign.
- After 1 and 2, the main control graphical user interface will pop up.
the APP is compiled with Mac OS X Sierra, version 10.12.6, and should be compliable with older versions.
- First the MATLAB Compiler Runtime (MCR) needs to be installed. Please make sure MATLAB MCR 2014b (for CurveAlign 4.0) or MCR 2018b (for CurveAlign 5.0) for Windows-64 bit systems is installed before launch the APP. The MCR can be freely downloaded from the Mathworks, Inc.
- Unzip the downloaded package and then right click the CurveAlign APP to launch CurveAlign as follows: Right click the APP(ctrl -click)----->Show Package Contents ----> Contents---->MacOS---->applauncher (right-click and choose open).
- After 1 and 2, the main control graphical user interface will pop up.
- Download the MATLAB source code package(CurveAlign 5.0) and decompress (unzip) it.
- Browse to CurveLab website to register for an account to sign a licensing agreement, and download the CurveLab 2.1.2 MATLAB package.
- Decompress (unzip) the CurveLab-2.1.2 package to the CT-FIRE source code folder (contains subfolder './CurveLab-2.1.2/fdct_wrapping_matlab/')
- In MATLAB, go to CurveAlign source code folder (contains subfolders of "ctFIRE", "CurveLab-2.1.2" as well as other third-party code) and enter “CurveAlign” at the command window to launch CurveAlign.
