How to Reproduce:

Ticket creates from these places:
Step 1: Ticket create from the opencart customer dashboard
Step 2: Ticket create from the saas uvdesk customer dashboard
Step 3: Ticket create from the saas uvdesk admin dashboard
Step 4: Ticket create from the mail side
Step 5: Now check created ticket on both sides:

=> On the admin side here shows all fine:

=> On the customer side here not showing fine:
