On Opencart HD: When click on view ticket button on the admin side so here ticket view page not load showing a warning

How to reproduce:

Step 1: Login with admin dashboard of the opencart heldesk

Step 2: Click on view button then here after some time showing a warning in console like this:

Note: Some ticket are opening but in console showing an error
