This is working and almost ready, but the Vue timeline accessibility is quite poor: webrecorder/pywb#846 If that can be resolved, that would make it possible to polish this off. |

@GilHoggarth The timeline keyboard accessibility issues mentioned here have since been resolved, if you're looking for a path to upgrade the pywb version :) |

This PR brings together the updates to PyWB 2.7 (from the
2.7.2branch) and the new reading room access changes.This
2.7.xbranch will be used to merge and test all these changes.
