Updated clamd version

As the previous build of ukwa-heritrix failed, the docker hub image was removed.
To fix this, the ukwa/clamd version needed to be amended, to the latest 1.0.1 (although I'm not convinced heritrix actually uses this version of clam).

Re-release Increment

Issues with the automated release process. There are no changes to the repository code.

Change of User Agent URL

The UKWA Heritrix crawler has a URL set in the User Agent string that indicates where more information can be found about our crawling. Due to restrictions with the current BL website (after the Oct 2023 cyber attack), this URL has had to change.
No other part of the code has been changed.
