* add formatter config

* update dialyxir to 1.0.0-rc.6

* run formatter

* replace call to deprecated function

* fix typos

* minor grammar and formatting fixes

* update deps

* add @impl

* add type specs

* fix body type

* improve header type

* ensure proper error for malformed content-type

* add elixir 1.8 to ci config
