Switched Static to Dynamic Libraries

Still, I would not seriously consider using this library at the current state. Again this more of a proof of concept and good for testing.This is also a good way to set a precedent for releases and how they will be done. Please keep in mind I do not have access to a OSX device for compiling so if you are on that platform, you will have to compile from source.

Proof of Concept

I would definitely not use this library yet for many of the functions are literately useless or will crash the program. This build was only made to test the actual ability to link our static library with another application, and it works. So here is the benchmark.
