Pre Release

First usable release. Allows users to:

1. Add customers with name, gender, phone and email.
2. Add visit against customer with amount, service and category of service.
3. Allow services and categories to be configured from settings.
4. Customers can be searched with name and phone.
5. Transactions can be filtered via date.
