Remove old passivizer word forms (#177)

They've been redundant and unused ever since Delta brought us the true prefixes te- and bo-. I highly doubt Hoemai means for them to still be in the lexicon (see https://discord.com/channels/311223912044167168/311223912044167168/877616122445316176 for example).
