1. Missing libraries of the nuget package repository must be restored first. http://docs.nuget.org/docs/workflows/using-nuget-without-committing-packages
2. Locate the File MicrodataNetLexicon\CodeGen\Main.tt and hit Ctrl-S to save it (will trigger to generate the lexicon)
3. Now you can build everything
