Launcher version 1.5

• The launcher is now able to find sdk2013 on different drives again, this worked in older versions but was broken due to a change in the structure of libraryfolders.vdf
• Patch chunks are now grouped together in the ui making it more clear what the patches really are instead of just displaying a giant list of chunks with basically the same name
• Other miscellaneous error messages/handling
