Well, we are failing with `error` that is quite nasty. We should probably use something like `ExitT`?

This is a WIP branch that we will keep open as we use reforg live on a production site for the first time, identify issues, incorporate fixes and add improvements.
Also, let's nixify this, adopt telos.nix and add a devshell.
