Project Lead

Responsibilities:

• checking and responding on Slack daily
• weekly meetings to reflect and plan sprints
• keeping track of all tasks within the project
• distributing tasks to team members

Tasks:

• development on the react web application
• system and database design for the application
• sprint planning and reflection
• ensuring that all tasks are done on time in your project

Assistant Project Lead

Same as project lead, but all decisions must be made in accordance with the project lead.

Engineer

Responsibilities:

• checking and responding on Slack daily
• keeping track of all tasks assigned to you
• finishing tasks on time (if not possible, communicate this to your project lead)

Tasks:

• development on the react web application

Salesperson

Responsibilities:

• checking and responding on Slack daily
• finishing all tasks assigned to you on time (if not possible, communicate this to your project lead)

Tasks:

• advertisement of the app to the general student body
• general communication outside of the tech club

Designer

Responsibilities:

• checking and responding on Slack daily
• finishing all tasks assigned to you on time (if not possible, communicate this to the project lead)

Tasks:

• creating mockups and design ideas for UI/UX of the app
• creating logos, graphics and such
• creating posters for advertisements

Consultant

Basically, the consultant role is an additional channel for communication between the project leads and the team. As a consultant, you are expected to be informed of where people stand (roughly) on their assigned tasks and where the project is going (big picture). You will be the first point of contact between the team lead and the team itself. You will also be kept in the loop and asked for your ideas in system design and business development questions.
