Update pages in FIRST section

This issue focuses on writing new copy for each of the pages below. This is a good issue to give to someone who isn't comfortable writing code, but is interested in helping update the website. Theoretically, someone could write the copy for the pages in a Google Doc and someone who's familiar with code would just have to copy the text into the code and format it using Markdown. (For example, FIRST requires any use of the acronym FIRST to be italicized.)

• FRC Page (Updated FRC page with 2020 game info and videos #140, Updated statistics in FRC section #141, & Removed invisible padding around the infinite recharge logo in FRC #143)
• FLL Page
• FLL Jr. Page
• Expo Page (Updated the Expo page #144 & Changed links for Expo activities and took out Delivery Truck #145)

FIRST Page

The FIRST page itself is mostly fine. The first two paragraphs can stay the same since they talk about the history of FIRST. But the last paragraph talks about FRC in a greater level of detail than the actual FRC page. It should probably be replaced with a brief summary of each of the programs that FIRST offers, link to our pages on each program, and then give a link to learn more about FIRST as an organization.

FIRST Robotics Competition Page

However, the last paragraph from the FIRST can't just be moved to the FRC page because it needs its statistics and specific references to game rules updated. The statistics are from 2008 and 2009, meaning that they're a decade old. It also gives specific amounts of money that teams must pay and how much money can be spent on a robot. These might change year to year and would probably be better off removed. Also, the game for this year is no longer Destination: Deep Space. The section on this year's game should be updated with whatever information we have on Infinite Recharge.

FIRST LEGO League Page

This page is actually completely fine. Unless there are changes that should be made to how the Enforcers interact with FLL teams or the links on how to start a team have changed, everything can stay the same. Luckily, there's no mention of the current year's game!

FIRST LEGO League Jr. Page

This page is similar to the FLL Page. The main thing to remove is the reference to the year's game which is no longer Waste Wise. Also, keep in mind that if the team is no longer sending mentors to help teams each week, that detail should also be removed.

Farmington Valley FIRST Expo

This page needs to be almost completely redone. Talk to whoever is planning the expo this year and update the Expo page to fit their needs. Whether or not they want the registration link updated now, or they're still working on everything, try to get everything ready in advance. Also, the 2020 challenge is BOOMTOWN BUILD and so the page will need a new image which can be found here.
