I saved the CUP/J(F)Lex instructions here: https://bnfc.readthedocs.io/en/latest/user_guide.html#prerequisites
I also wanted to keep the distinction between just needing the JVM (Haskellers) and the whole JDK (Java folks), and point to the use of Gradle.
