Betaseries correlations with NiBetaseries

What is Betaseries correlations?

Beta series tracks the event-to-event hemodynamic fluctuations modeled in task functional magnetic resonance imaging (task fMRI). Beta series fills an important analytical gap between measuring hemodynamic fluctuations in resting-state fMRI and measuring regional activations via cognitive subtraction in task fMRI.

What is NiBetaSeries?

NiBetaSeries is BIDS-compatible application that calculates betaseries correlations. In brief, a beta coefficient (i.e., parameter estimate) is calculated for each trial (or event) resulting in a series of betas (“betaseries”) that can be correlated across regions of interest.
