hello I've already finished the spanish translation, I don't know what a "Manipulator drawing" is :( , so I couldn't translate that word, I also added a few emoticons, thanks for letting me participate :D

Hi Arturo, thanks for contributing, however you were not supposed to change the README file itself. But probably you can look in to the translation in README_sp file and check if there are any bugs in that. Also You can help in making the README better issue #9
