[BUG] Regarding Twitter bird in about us and missing hover Effect to youtube Icon in Quick links

Hello @swaraj-das

I have found that hover effect is missing for youtube icon in quicklinks of Home Page and We have twitter and X icons in about us Page

Check this :-

Duplication of links (since twitter is now called X):

Any additional information?

Assign me this issue as a GSSOC and Hacktoberfest Contributor

Let me remove those bugs and add hover effect to all the Icons according to your project color schemes
