[SourceTable]: Implement Tabs Design According to Figma

Problem:

• 1- When my content is empty, it should display as shown here: https://www.figma.com/design/YuEbi4x32Mm8ZQJdnrs4uc/Second-Brain-Final-Designs?node-id=7217-33622&t=P6ZdsGVcbAqPttEW-4

• 2- The edit icon does not match the Figma design. Please check it here: https://www.figma.com/design/YuEbi4x32Mm8ZQJdnrs4uc/Second-Brain-Final-Designs?node-id=5538-21162&t=P6ZdsGVcbAqPttEW-4

• 3- When no results are found, the filter icon color should be Gray according to the Figma:

• The content should display correctly when empty as per the Figma design.
• The edit icon should match the design specified in Figma.
• The filter icon should be Gray when no results are found.
• Links should turn blue on hover as specified in the Figma design.
