Bump hawk, request and opencv

Removes [hawk](https://github.com/mozilla/hawk). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependencies [hawk](https://github.com/mozilla/hawk), [request](https://github.com/request/request) and [opencv](https://github.com/peterbraden/node-opencv). These dependencies need to be updated together.


Removes `hawk`

Updates `request` from 2.83.0 to 2.88.2
