New reflectances had satpy "modifiers" in their
DataIDidentifier object. This made Polar2Grid think they weren't available from the reader, but technically they are. This PR changes it so we check for the modified version and if that doesn't exist in the reader, then we check for a lesser modified version of the dataset, and so on until there is a not modified version of the dataset that still isn't found in the reader.
