NOTICE: This repo was built for Spree 2-0-stable & Bootstrap 2, and has not been updated yet for the latest versions of Spree. There is a newer more promising alternative being developed for the latest versions of Spree and Bootstrap 3 located at https://github.com/200Creative/spree_bootstrap_frontend please check it out if your looking for a newer version!
This project aims to replace the spree_frontend's use of the skeleton css framework in favor of Twitter Bootstrap.
Add spree_bootstrap to your Gemfile:
gem 'spree_bootstrap', github: 'jdutil/spree_bootstrap'
Bundle your dependencies and run the installation generator:
bundle
bundle exec rails g spree_bootstrap:install
Be sure to bundle your dependencies and then create a dummy test app for the specs to run against.
bundle
bundle exec rake test_app
bundle exec rspec spec
When testing your applications integration with this extension you may use it's factories. Simply add this require statement to your spec_helper:
require 'spree_bootstrap/factories'
