This PR adds an extraction option for NIRSpec BOTS/MOS/FS data that derives a source trace from WCS and expected source positions and performs a box extraction around the trace. This option is on by default for NIRSpec BOTS data only, because BOTS data are not resampled and require a curved trace to properly extract source fluxes.
