Fix GWCS failures due to the API spring cleaning PR

The PR spacetelescope/gwcs#457, cleans up and firms the GWCS API to match what is claimed by GWCS. This PR resolves the failures caused by these changes by correctly calling the GWCS API.

Tasks

• request a review from someone specific, to avoid making the maintainers review every PR
• add a build milestone, i.e. Build 11.3 (use the latest build if not sure)
• Does this PR change user-facing code / API? (if not, label with no-changelog-entry-needed)

I believe in this case frame.coordinates should return a list of SkyCoord and SpectralCoord. If it doesn't this may be an issue with the "spring cleaning" PR. I'll review it after the inverse bbox is fixed.

That's not the issue. frame.coordinates has been removed because it was doing misleading things.
