Empty wavelength array in s2d products

Issue JP-3436 was created on JIRA by Melanie Clarke:

Helpdesk ticket INC0186331 from January 2023 reports that s2d products do not have associated wavelength arrays.  Testing with the current pipeline versions (last checked with v1.12.2), it looks like that's still true. Each slit in the data model has a wavelength attribute, but it is an empty list.

There are other ways to access the wavelength information, via the WCS stored in the datamodel, but it would be convenient to have it correctly populated in the slit model as it is for most other data products.
