* adding NIRISS imaging tutorial notebook

* adding NIRISS imaging pipeline tutorial notebook

* added requirements.txt file, updating notebook styling to adhere to PEP8 guidelines

* removing a line of whitespace for PEP8

* manual rebase of main

* updated requirements file and rearrange CRDS and jwst pipeline

* removing urllib and zipfile from requirements

* text changes to notebook
