Add NIRISS WFSS Notebook Examples (#214)

* Initial commit of NIRISS advanced notebooks

* Include notebook for catalog

* Improve style of notebook 00

* Minor improvements to notebook 05

* Finished notebooks 06 and 07

* Continued with notebooks 08 and 09

* Updates to mast download for NIRISS. Adding comments & new sections

* Removing uncal files from the download call

* A few comments & moving the files with python

* Merging notebook 01 into notebook 02 instead

* Merging part of notebook 01 into 03. Also adding comments and non manual way to match direct to dispersed images
