node v12.22.1

Installation and Use

1. first npm install
2. to run the tests that are set up run npm test
3. to run app and create a new updated xlsx file run npm start
4. Unless you go into the script.js file and change the name of the file to be created, the new xlsx file will be called Updated-Retail-Locations-2021_tg_kb.xlsx
