fixes https://github.com/skalenetwork/internal-support/issues/968

added new subvolumes to snapshots for archive nodes: historic_roots, historic_state

added functionality for archive / indexer node to calculate 'partial' snapshot hash that corresponds to the snapshot hash for the core nodes.

tests:

  • manually tested archive to archive, indexer to indexer snapshot downloading
  • functional tests pass

How this new code will behave on a core node? Maybe better it be totally disabled on it? (#ifdef...)
