Add page where delegator can:

  • The user should have the ability to delegate any validators
  • The user should be able to see how much bounty they have earned
  • The user should be able to withdraw bounty
  • The user(Escrow, Grants Escrow) should be able to view the number of tokens that have vested and retrieve them

Select a validator from the list - and show approximate reward rate for each validator
Show earnings
Show all delegations
