Added Responsive and functional terms and conditions page

Description

I have added the terms and conditions page

I have also ensured the following things

1. the back to top button is working properly
2. there is a link to the privacy policy page in the terms and conditions
3. the pop up appears when the social icons are pressed
4. The page is responsive and can be accessed in different devices
