Enhanced the README file for the Random Disco Light Simulator project by adding detailed sections on features, inputs, outputs, and contribution guidelines. Improved the overall structure and readability for a better user experience.

It's generally considered good practice to always mention the issue number for which the PR has been created.
It was issue #164 for this PR.
The changes you made was good. So, i've also assigned level1.
