This repository contains scripts that can be used to plot count and differentially expressed gene data obtained from an RNA_Seq protocol.
To download the files in this repository for viewing, make sure git is installed.
Copy and paste this command on your terminal:
git clone https://github.com/simeonhebrew/RNA-Seq_Plot_Scripts.git
To access the files, do:
cd RNA-Seq_Plot_Scripts
