The main "introeditor" field is handled by "course/modedit.php", but other editor fields have to be filtered and reorganized. This commit adds a post-read-form-data-hook to the instance form. The file upload is disabled in the options.

further to my comment @moodle.org, I've found a way to make my additions mergeable.
This improvement allows teachers to generate group enrolment of students from alternative registrations.
I've taken advantage of this development to fix some little issues.
