Overview

Siddhi IO File 2.0.15 release contains some improvements

Improvements

Introduce EOF back into other modes(#134)
Improve file source to only read trailing line or skip it(#133)
Add improvement to overwrite or create a new file if file already exist (#130)

##Bug Fixes

Time waiting log was printed for VFS Client continuously in the logs (wso2/streaming-integrator#199)
