What is the goal?
Document the aspirational Ruby Style Guide we want to follow. While we are not enforcing all the rules in Shopify's Style Guide, and we will probably want to relax or remove some of these rules over time, documenting the aspirational style guide gives us a solid starting ground to move from our basic sequra-style to a more robust and consolidated shared style.
