Brazil CNPJ does not start with its country code
Brazil regex returns only one position since the country code is not present on the VAT (CNPJ)

Hi,
As I mentioned in this issue my company is expanding the business to Brazil and I don't want to add yet another library to only validate the CNPJ in Brazil.
Please, let me know if there's anything missing in my changes.
I also fixed the Andorra unit test, you can find this change 35146ec
