### SCM-Manager webhook configuration

To enable the webhook in SCM-Manager, you need to install the ArgoCD plugin. The plugin is available in the SCM-Manager
through the plugin center. When this is done, you can configure the webhook either globally or in the repository settings.
In the settings, go to "Settings/Webhooks" in the global or in the repository navigation and add a new webhook of type
"ArgoCD". The URL should be the URL of the ArgoCD ApplicationSet webhook server.

## Lifecycle

An Application will be generated when a Pull Request is discovered when the configured criteria is met - i.e. for GitHub when a Pull Request matches the specified `labels` and/or `pullRequestState`. Application will be removed when a Pull Request no longer meets the specified criteria.
