Lack of green checkmark for code of conduct

In the Community section under the Insights tab of this repository (and repositories created from this template), the community profile checklist does not have a green check mark next to "Code of conduct". In December 2019, I inquired of GitHub why this was happening, since the code of conduct was based on other codes of conduct in some prominent organization's repos. The answer I received was this:

Your code of conduct is being recognized and linked to, however to get the green check mark the code of conduct must match a recommended one. It seems that your CoC is based on the one of the recommended ones however it is different in the enforcement section. This is the standard text:

https://www.contributor-covenant.org/version/1/4/code-of-conduct.html

Once your code of conduct matches, you'll get your green tick! I hope this helps. Let us know if you have any further questions.

As near as I can figure out, the difference lies in the extra paragraph added at the beginning of the section on enforcement in our code of conduct, and the first sentence in the second paragraph. Currently, this text reads as follows:

If a contributor engages in harassing behaviour, the project organizers may take any action they deem appropriate, including warning the offender or expelling them from online forums, online project resources, face-to-face meetings, or any other project-related activity or resource. [...] If you are being harassed, notice that someone else is being harassed, or have any other concerns, please contact a member of the project team immediately.

It seems reasonable and useful to spell out these things, even at the cost of not getting a green checkmark.
