Checkout Subscriber

#- REQUIREMENTS

1. Need a plugin Which will show subscribe option on Checkout Successpage.
2. Need a configuration through which we enable/disable plugin and also set subscribe option on different positions.
3. Options are : No , Popup , Page No : if no is selected extension is disabled Popup : if popup selected then subsribe to newsletter is display under popup box (on successpage) with some attractive banner Page : if page is selected then the checkbox is appeared somewhere on successpage.
